VALID Leadership is about working to give your team the best opportunity to be effective in all situations.

 

This program has been established from many years of experience working with young people, leaders, groups and individuals in a range of contexts through Australia and overseas. His extensive range of leading others, training groups, working in the youth and community sector and supporting various events has led to a passion of providing unique, personalised training for emerging leaders of the communities we live in.
 

VALID Leadership is about exploring the best way for effective leadership in every situation and for every group.  VALID Leadership looks at different styles of leadership alongside team challenges, practical lessons and helpful discusisons.

 

Workshops range from 30-60min sessions and are ideal for school groups, youth groups, and small groups of up to 25 people.  A free consultation in order to construct a plan of action is available for your group.  Topics include:

- Effective Communication

- Social Power

- The Art of a Great Listener

- Identification and Role Modelling

- Trustworthy Leaders

- Building an Open Crowd

 

Andy has completed various training including a Diploma in Youth and Community work (Christian) as well as regularly participating in other professional development opportunities in order to maintain a high standard of training and consultation.
